- Integration with tools such as GoHighLevel (CRM), Cal.com (scheduling), and voice AI platforms (Vapi AI and Retell AI, with voices by ElevenLabs);
- Ongoing monitoring, optimization, and management;
- A free AI-powered growth audit and related digital marketing consulting.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by separate written agreements or statements of work where applicable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
These SMS Messaging Terms apply to text messages we send to you:
- Opt in: provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in via our web forms or verbally during a call.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us at mayank@acxelense.com.

We do not warrant that the website or AI agents will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. AI-generated outputs — including transcripts, summaries, and agent responses — may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
8. Limitation of Liability
